Salt, More Precious Than Gold...Are You Getting Enough?

I've been told since I was a kid that I should eat as little salt as usual, I was lied to.

News flash, your body NEEDS sodium. In fact, according to the research, it's better to have too much than too little.

It's important to have a good quality sea salt that contains all the needed trace minerals in addition to the Na/Cl.

If you're on a low carb diet, exercise intensively or have adrenal fatigue, you'll especially need to increase the good quality salt as well as if you suffer with PMS, headaches, swelling in legs or fatigue.
